I'd fit mine with two range, 1 cardiac, and 1 kincat. 1 light dmg and 1 precision.
Assault ScR, and breach ScP.
Equipment would be uplink.

Should be good... in theory.
You won't really need the dampener as you'll be able to see (mostly) anyone coming at you from 30 meters, and you really don't want to sacrifice more tank on an already fragile suit. If a Gal Logi is on field, you were gonna get scanned anyway  . The only thing that you should really run from (and remote-bait) are brick-tanked heavies and assaults. Everything else is fair game for your scrambler and SMG combo.
The Allotek's are for when you run out of ammo or are REALLY impatient and want to rep as soon as possible. The stamina bonus ensures that you'll be able to run in and out of battle. And there's really no use for a cloak if you're getting picked up by passive scans or active scans. Unless you're proto-stomping. Then shame on you.
