Arkena is a close friend of mine, and I have read the thread a few times.
I completely agree the bonuses need reworked for the cal and gal.

I am of the opinion that the current gallente assault bonus is very, very good but underrated.
As far as the caldari goes, I'm fine with the simple addition of a kick reduction.
Hey have you ever seen a video of a gal assault shooting an assault rifle with full skills maxed and then also seen a non gal using an assault rifle to compare?
