Is there any Caldari State Peacekeepers organizing assault and defence teams? The last one I was apart of is a ghost town now. All I see on the forums concerning FW is Gallente Marines organizing, which explains their winning streak.

Exactly, I try to invite them to squad, then do my best to train them, but they just SUCK. 0/14 with WP's for hacking turrets.
