Or because of the heavy handed reaction of the Federation. Fortunately for the Cluster the Caldari people were willing to say no to their Executor to prevent open conflict. Either way rather than bicker with the secessionist Caldari I'd like to see the Federation, if only for a friend who is now gone, focus on stabilising the regions of their space supposedly under their protectorate by bringing such Federal worlds into the fold of high Security space..... by this I mean Intaki, and Intaki Prime.
Well hey, I'm sure we'd have gotten around to that except the Caldari keep invading the system.
