Can a Dev please confirm and explain how the turret skills work in Charlie? I cannot find the info in the google docs. I want to know if my turret optimization, assault dropship specialization and turret turning speed skills work for my gunners, or if the gunners have to get those skills for them to work. Last I had tested, small turret turning speed skill was completely bugged and didn't work at all for either of us. Would it be possible to please shed some light on the subect?

I'd suggest opening a support ticket on this, it's an easier way to get a CCP response when you just need a question answered
Khanid Logi and Tanker, sometimes AV Heavy or Sniper.
I believe all these roles are support for front line soldiers.

Thank you for contacting the DUST 514 Customer Support Team. We are aware of some issues regarding the Skill-bonus application for Vehicles. Currently the driver should only receive the bonuses of their own relevant Skills, while the gunners may - under certain circumstances - receive the stacked bonuses of both their own and the drivers relevant Skills. This might or might not change in the future though, as possible solutions are currently under investigation.

Ahem, in my own words...
Turret skills are still bugged. The damage skills may stack under certain circumstances in game, but often will not stack or even work at all.
