While other scouts have 90+ pg with skills maxed, the minmatar has 81. If I fit 3 complex kincats that's a whopping 42 pg which is a little more than half of the total pg. 3 complex shield extenders cost 33 pg and that's 75 pg total with no weapon. an adv cloak costs like 9pg, prototype weapon costs like 12, prototype nova knives cost like 9 or something. TL;DR: PG cost of kincats and lack of PG on Minmatar scout inhibits it from doing what it does best, run fast.
The problem more comes from your 3 shield extenders, when you're that fast you don't need to have so many HP, take 2 precision enhancers to see the enemies coming and run away if the oppostition is too strong (and then flank them of course). Or if you really want to shield tank (trust me there is no need for that), use some adv SE, you'll save lots of PG. But I I do agree that kincats cost too much compared to HP modules |

Have you used that on a tank? I did details old chap! Is it SOS, SOL, or AOK in damaging them, English isn't my mother's language so I'm not sure of what SOS, SOL and AOK mean, but here are some details : When charging the knives and hitting with both I roughly reach 750HP. Climbing on the tank is surprisingly easy (tankers are idiots lol), however staying on it is quite complicated as the physics laws aren't respected. Basically you nearly don't move with the tank when you're on it, you have to walk in the direction it's moving to not fall. Don't hit the turret, it doesn't do anything However you can use the turret to not fall of the tank. Generally the tanks run away backwards so placing yourself at the back of the turret will make it push you in the right direction (doesn't work all the time) If you don't want to lose lots of ISK, take AV grenades or RE with you because the explosion will kill you if you finish the tank with your knives. Personally I prefer losing money because popping the tank with a knife swing is so awesome |
