I do. Curious to see who else does.
I'm not having trouble with ScR's really. CR on Min Assault can totally hang with them. More low slots mean that my Min Assault shield tanks pretty well now.
Here is my two main suits for Charlie
Min Assault
Min Scout
Min Scout is by far my favorite though. I don't need HP. I have tons of Alpha damage, a kickass sidearm, and stealth + Speed.
Playing Smart is OP 
So, anyways. Who else here is actually enjoying Charlie?

Haven't seen Hotfix Charlie yet, although I'm sure your day wouldn't be complete without my totally reasonable assessment, so I will return to this thread SoonGäó and give you and all the plebs a proper review.

It's true in a fair number of cases, however I do agree that more than a few lie about it. Just ask around, most people know me as a Min Scout for PC since forever ago, and I've always been a diehard Minmatar fan.

I'm enjoying it, although it would be nice if players can reallocate their skill points when large weapon or suit changes are made. I don't think any major changes will happen until the weapons are made to act like real weapons. By this I mean getting harder to use the stronger they are, and recoil etc.

Recoil is non-existent here. I came here from BF3, and most of my gun game comes from there.
Had to throw the most important skill out the window, and that was trigger discipline. You used to fire 3, 5, or 7 round bursts with most guns, but now you fire in 10-20 round bursts before recoil actually sets in.
I really think that we need more recoil.
What suits are you using this build?

I'm using an assault version of this long running concept I have used with my scout suit.
I do this kind of thing that I call uplink ninja, where my main use for scout suits were for placing uplinks in specific areas such as behind an entire enemy team, high heights, etc to make sure my team has a backup option or stays out of trouble. Might switch back to my scouts suits though (Imagine having 3 advanced dampeners on an assault suit and you're still getting anticipated for some serious ****)
One thing I also think we need besides recoil and proper dispersion and such is suit speed increases, make all suits sprint faster and all so people have a better chance at running away and put a slight decrease in efficacy of kincats as players will have a fraction of the speed on them to help overall gameplay, and may a tiny decrease in strafe speed for some of the medium and light suits. The strafe speed decrease is because some players can "bullet weave", which is where they use certain tactics to basically dodge a very great amount of shots fire. It's pretty unfair that some players can do this while most cannot, plus after that people can just use more complex strafes like a figure 8 strafe and still survive well instead of the general sharp direction changes, sometimes this works for people who know how to exploit it, and sometimes you're asking to die from specific weapons that shred through such strafes.

-assault suit buff(even though i think it was over the top for armor tankers.. but better then cloaky CR scout scrubs everywhere)
-reactive plate hp/s change
-hp buff on installations (even though ******* tankers still blow up neutral installations for lazymode points)
-Less scouts

It's been a dark road up to here. thats why this patch has a little special place in my heart because i have been a loyal assault since day one and they finally gave it some love. every suit has some killing power now so i don't want to hear any crying about nerf anything. but logis are kind of targets now but they are still helping the team very much i just feel bad when they die to much.
