 First of all, the inceased hp of them is great, 24 adv missile bullets to take it down is a good ttk, plus with the range AI knowing it wont just go for you straight away.
 
 Would it be possible to have an installation manned warning like the damage mod warning or something along those lines?
 
 Or having a players name above it so you know someone is on it.

 Best way to tell if an installation is manned (so long as it's not already shooting you) is if you can see the turret tracking back and forth in a search pattern. Most players will just hold it still in one direction or be constantly spinning it around erratically.

 You can know if it's manned or unmanned by looking just above the cannon, if there is a green or red laser going out, the turret is unmanned. If it's green, the turret isn't shooting at anything, if it's red, the turret has found a target.

 Both indicate. Laser isn't always easy to pick out at longer ranges.

 ...Glad to see some positive reaction to the Installtion changes. I haven't tried Hotfix Charlie yet, but I was the one who requested some of those specific alterations to the installations and AI.

 Please don't give away TOO many of the Situation Awareness techniques, Logibro. After a year of playing, I've kind of gotten used to being one of the only players who notice those things...
  
 (Along the same path, I was also wondering if the Hotfix Charlie changes had caused any change in the "green-becomes-red" beamer light on the Installations... Has anyone noticed any difference?)

 The installations AI has been deliberately commanded not to fire on your vehicle on its own anymore until you're within (75M??) range.
 It's SEEING you, it knows you're there. But it's new Rules of Engagement are, anywhere outside of that set range, it won't spit at you unless you spit at it first.

 If you look at the turret you'll see the player name near you're efficiency rating hud.
