 I had an idea for a new amarr weapon. It would be like a ranged hook-shot claw that would deal more damage the longer it was on. It would target similarly to the repper, in that it takes a bit of time to lock on, and stick even if you weren't looking directly at them. It wouldn't increase melee damage. What do you think?

 Can't I just have a shock whip?
 
 I am mildly surprised we don't already have dropsuit with two whip hands...... normally the damage is very weak but it is super effective vs the Minmatar!

 So it's melee... but it isn't. Then it has a goofy damage over time component, and it apparently tracks so that I can be looking elsewhere while I'm killing some dude slowly.
 
 No thanks. I'd rather just have a collapsing shortspear or something.

 Does it do more damage if the Matari are picking cotton?
