Shout out if you are a non-cloaking scout.
Personally, I have never skilled into cloaks, nor do I wish to.
This thread solutes all of those brave mercs who tread onto the battlefield in an opaque scout suit, giving their enemy the respect of visually appearing on the field, yet through noteworthy skill and valor, take on and eliminate opponents with greater defensive and offensive potential.

I made a pure brick tanked Gal scout and because it's at level 3, I can't fit a cloak, so it has dual compact nanohives and a combat rifle and assault smg.

You DO realize having a cloak is BARELY an advantage, right?
With today's players, it might seem OP, but it actually sucks. Plus, no one would detect you if you use a single dampner of any tier since Cal Scouts never use precision mods. Ever.
I've used cloak before andonly used it when it had OP dampning lol around those cal scouts when 1.8 JUST dropped. |

It litterly impossible to have a full proto fitted drop suit with or with out the cloaks. I have max fitting skills and including my skills that lower fitting costs on all the weapons i use and it don't matter weather i'm using a scout, heavy, logi or assault, it is impossible to fit everything proto. |

I run a triple damped gal scout w/o a cloak a fair amount. It's great for uplink duty while still maintaining some offensive punch.

In PCs these days, I rarely run a cloak on my Cal Scout. The fatties in my squad protect me. |

-Aramis What a waste. If you're gal scout 5, you only need an ENH Dampner to dodge everyone in pubs (lolFW. LolPC). |

But that's just me, since I never dual tank. |

On the Light Frame A-1, I use 1 STD cardiac and 1 ENH kincat. Don't have the scout... yet. |
