I for one DON'T, LOL!! It's not that I'm against the technology. It's just, I'm a believer in that Eve Lore thing (I actually think it's a cool driver to this and the EVE game... CCP once had a whole publishing team tasked with making up New Eden current news events that blended what realtime EVE players accomplished in their game---so freakin' cool!)
No matter what the Lore explanation, all the races rely on either Caldari or Gallente technology for their planetary ferrying and their ground vehicles. It's as if Panavia and BEA Systems snagged the whole New Eden contract for themselves, and everyone going to war has agreed to buy THEIR planes only.
So if the Caldari and Gallente movers are the only movers on the battlefield, there should only be plasma and magnetic tech weapons rigged on their mounts.
Don't get me wrong, I would love to see the Amar equivelant of a Dropship or MCC glide over my head in a fight (those Amar with their saintly tapestry looking surface treatment, they'd scare the BJeez out of me--it would be awesomely haunting)...
but it's appropriate that Amar and Minmatar tech turrets shouldn't be here until their vehicles are officially in the fight too.
My logic is twisted,... I know.

Thats not damn good enough though. I have put up with this lax bullshit from CCP for a good 18 month now. The least they could do is make coversions of existing vehicle systems that were adapted for use by the other two (secondary) empires.
Caldari Constructions does a lot of buisness with Khnaid Innovations and aids in the production of Khanid Missile and Rocket Ships. Similarly this could be used as a platform for the Gunlogi Hull Armour Khanid Missile HAV.
Equally so the Gallent send financial support of the Minmatar annually. I don't see why sub standard Gallentean hulls are not off loaded to the Minmatar as part of that fiscal agreement.
There are plenty of reasons to add new content and no good one to hold it all back.
