All big corps started off as merc corps. The older corps had the liberty of corp battles. I remember when AE. Had no districts and we would ring for STB 9-10 times a day. Free practice and free money. Perfect breeding ground for a stable team. mercing is in a funny place at this stage of dust because districts have no value other then a means of launching a free attack to get your players some fights. when you ring out a battle you are depriving your corp action, training, and your players isk.

KEQ PCs are more laid back now a days there are many players from other corps who hang out in are PC chat and everyone gets to play. sometimes other peoples corps are haveing a slow night and we can get a couple guys in a battle. but what im saying is with districts have no value it is a joke to actually go out and hire someone to play PC for you. anyone can hang out with us and we tend to find some fun fights at night time but we have one rule is you can't be a high pitch skweeker.
