We don't have any districts for 0.H to attack.
Though if we had enough active members to field a PC, we'd be more than capable of defending a district ourselves.

We barely have enough players to form a squad let alone a team.
I'm not with leadership, but I'm pretty sure VD and the others would decline on getting a district.
