You do realize kincats are pointless for many reasons?
I disagree. You're on the EHP > ALL bandwagon and it's flat WRONG
1. They cut in tank or regen
And they allow you the edge to escape TO regen, or to drop onto an enemy from an unexpected angle to flank while your slow buddies distract.
2. Most of the time people are not that far from another in a fight nor is sprinting around 1 m/s faster going to get you a kill
It can give you the edge you need to get the hell out and recover/reload/rearm/repair. I utilize biotics on my minmatar fatsuits just for that reason, to catch a breather. And it works. then when they've been re-engaged by allies... HMG IN THE BACK! |

Enjoy your suit not suited for combat (see what I did there?) In a combat situation 1v1 say behind cover or just 1v1, sprinting slightly faster isn't going to help you, nor has any opponent gotten an edge on me or fled. I can have 700 armor and 20 hp/s repair, I can move at a decent speed, kincats are viable around adv level on scouts, that I know for sure. Oh I can and do all the things you listed without a single biotic mod, simply because I don't stack 4 armor plates. So please, oh great and powerful biotic master, please tell me how beneficial gaining slight sprinting speed is during a strafe or repping behind cover or shooting from cover.
I use biotics on a fatsuit to make it go fasta. You tell me. Dozens of people HMG'd and Mass Driver'd (commando!) last night Can't be wrong! And if it is... I don't wanna be right! |

On a min fatsuit, maybe, for a gal assault? No
Gal Assault? Nah. that's brawly. One biotic won't hurt the fit, might enhance it for the edge they need to get into AR range with Calassault and Amarrsault. Their real strength will be the ability to armor tank while rocking the Damage mod crack. |

Here. It's not a KinCat but it definitely is meant for mobility. |

Used a min scout in 1.5 and 1.6 And hp or reps is very beneficial especially against the hmg, cr, or the burst dps of the scr. A closed Beta Vet and still a blueberry? That's quite an accomplishment.

JRleo jr wrote: I'm sorry if being able to stomp nyain san or fa in ambush is little skill at all. It was actually quite easy, got paid 500k or so when I do. Keep thinking your biotic module will increase your combat efficacy, it does not exactly help in a 1v1 fight, and they're qre too many hmg's around, so even in my "slow" suit I can strafe and kill them.
Does it offend you that people hold a different opinion from your vision of how the world should work? Does the fact that they can make their visions work offend you horribly?

Topher Mellen wrote:JRleo jr, stop measuring your **** in my thread. No one cares how good anyone is. To the rest of you stop being goaded and keep posting fits for me to compare and contrast with. Thanks
No no young man, you have it all wrong. You see... I am goading HIM!
It's easy enough when someone gets mad because SOMEONE IS BEING WRONG ON THE INTERNET!
Even when wrong is a pure matter of both preference, and opinion. But I posted a fit. It has the cardiac regulator because if you're patrolling/hunting you want to be able to move fast at a good clip. Being able to sprint for the better part of a minute and recovering your stamina fully in under ten seconds is a godsend. You'll even outrun a few poorly fit scouts who are bricktanking just because you'll beat them on stamina. |

HF charlie is likely to drop tuesday if the standard CCP release pattern holds true. Next tuesday on the outside. They tend to drop the patch notes a week before release to evaluate the response and see if there's any massive OH SH*T moments that get more than three goons laughing maniacally and drooling on the forums simultaneously. |

ditch the extender for another damage mod, drop a plate for a rep, swap the burst for a duvolle.
Burst ARs underperform compared to both standard AR and, more importantly, the Combat Rifle. |
