That first suit actually isnt bad. personally id switch an extender for a precision mod. then maybe switch one of the kincats for a damp or range depending on the calscouts on the field
second link is screwy on my phone.

Your advance fit is okay, but I would personally swap out one kincat for a ferroscale plate.
As for my GalScout, most of my proto fits are built around this setup:
Complex Shield Extender x2 Complex Profile Dampener x2 Complex Ferroscale Plates x2
Ishukone Cloak Field Flux Grenades
My main weapon, sidearm, and second equipment change depending on what I feel like running, but for the most part, this setup is pretty static. It suffers no speed penalties as it can still sprint at 8.01 m/s. It can avoid a level 5 GalLogi's focused scan and get under all CalScouts' passive scans. It is not incredibly tanked, but 560 eHP is not something to be taken lightly. For my play style, it works. |

For proto gal scout fit:
2x shields / or enchancers 2x compx damps 1x compx damp 1x comp kincat
You got hp, speed and dampening.
Guns and eq of personal choose.
For adv, fit 2x damps + ferroscale.

How about not running it like a Caldari Scout? I would suggest something more along the lines of
1x ADV Light Damage Mod 1x ADV Prescision Enhancer
1x ADV Dampener 1x ADV Armour Plate 1x ADV Kinetic Catalyizer
This a more gallante centric fit, you still have approximately the same eHP, bu your shotgun now does more damage, you can see more of your enemies and your still pretty fast.
It also makes a bigger advantage out of the gallantes 3 HP/s innate armour repair. Futhermore you have more choice beyond my fitting.
The Armour Plate can swapped out for either reactive or ferroscale plates, or if your feeling particularly gutsy for an Armour Repairer.
Meanwhile you have enouh PG/CPU left to swap the kincat to whatever you feel is most benifical! :)
They call me the Monkey - I like to jump off sh** and piss RE's all over your tank!
