Well, let's see...
The Shield Energizer is a waste on the Amarr, what's the point? Try Precision mods, they aren't the greatest, but, they can help with bad scouts/actually dampening Mediums. I'd also like to see the Amarr more armor-y. Heck, this Assault has a higher rep rate than the Gallente Assault you made, and the Gallente comes with a built in 2 to start with.
The Caldari... I see you're coming from the Scout world and trying to make it similar.. Don't. You actually have a decent amount of armor, at least a Basic Armor Rep (or Reactive Plate) would be very beneficial. Also, Shield Regulator, you have a long time if you lose all your shields until they start to regen. A Shield Energizer wouldn't hurt, but, you seem very attached to your damage mods.
Oh the Minmatar Assault suit... Or, should I say, another Scout suit... Half of your base eHP is armor, and you have no Armor Rep. You have a Depleted delay north of 10 seconds. You have 21 seconds from depletion to full shield (31 counting the delay).
Energizer (Advanced)
Armor Repper (Advanced)
Shield Regulator (Proto)
And keep one damp.. Or replace it with somethinf .
And the Gallente, my old bread and butter. Repair rate it too low. Shield Extender is pretty worthless. Not even using a bonused weapon. Kind of amazed this one isn't a Scout too.
If you want your Assaults to be Scouts, then, its great. Not what I would want my Assaults to be, but, that's my preference. I prefer higher Rep than higher Tank.

I wanted to keep the strafe speed up so I'm actually useful in 1v1s, and I find the 72 extra shield rather beneficial. The Duvolle is out DPS'd by the CR by over 200 DPS... and the CR is nearly pinpoint accurate. Yes I agree the repair rate is a bit slow, but that is the best I could fit.
Overall, thanks for the feedback! I am still getting used to fitting Assaults as I have been fitting either a logi or a scout for about 3 months now. |

I really wish that site had a good mobile app...
On the Gallente, the Shield Energizers (which you haven't skilled) would be preferred, allowing your shields to keep up while Armor is repairing.
Other than that, it could work pretty well.

... I'm saying even with bonuses, the Duvolle may have the accuracy of the Boundless, but it still lacks 200 DPS, and range.
I don't get strafing? Why do you think I didn't tank out my Gal Assault... so I can strafe. |

Amarr doesn't need a flux if you've got a scrambler. Swap it for a locus or av grenade. Drop the recharger for an extender, drop the sidearm to put in better equipment. Swap the nano hive for a scanner, you already have lots of ammo on the scrambler and 2 repair modules.

The only downside of the assault changes in combination with the damage mod buff is that armor tankers benefit far more from that buff than shield suits do. Because shields need the low and high slots to effectively run a shield set up. Armor tankers only need the low slot for armor to be effective because there is no high slot module that alters armor performance. However there is a low slot module that affects shield performance, shield tankers like I said need both slots.
My point is that like i said the armor suits will potentially be able to dish out more damage with the same weapon than the shield suit. I'm curious to see how this will pan out in the shield vs armor debate.
