The CR does around 48% less damage per shot than the RR.

CR: has 3 less CPU, 9 less PG over Rail Rifle
CR does 564.3 DPS against Shields, RR does 357.92 DPS against shields
CR does 653.4 DPS against Armor, RR does 437.46 DPS against Armor
RR has a 16 meter better optimal range
Yeah, no....CR is definitely better than RR
EDIT: almost forgot, Combat Rifle has the highest accuracy rating of any rifle

The breach seems to be the ticket to gunning down scouts. It fires a tight pattern from the hip and can strafe into headshots with only slight adjustments. Also I've been collectin the creodrons since the last refund. I double em up on a galmando.
they put heavies down too.
