Do not need at 5...didn't notice till now cause I don't really use either...
We need some sort of drunk sp fail-safe...I uhhh mean...something to stop my friends/kids from spending points...yeah.

Look on the brightside, now you can stack like 3-4 complex shield extenders without any penalty to recharge delay...You know when you get them eventually...

The things I've bought when not in my right mind...
Just recently fell asleep looking at mK.0 Commandos - and bought 800 of them while snoring on comms.
Now, I feel obligated to skill into them.

It's worth it. I'm at level 3 and will stay there, but the 6% damage and 5% from damage mods plus proficiency is nice.
