That's because we've only got 5 slots. And no equipment.
My Logi can fit absolutely everything it needs to be viable without spending a single point on fitting optimization, especially with the specialist assault rifle I use on it. How does it have "the lowest capacity per slot?" That's because it has TOO MANY slots that it doesn't need.
Are you trying to tell me Scouts, Commandos and Assaults have to take ALL their fitting optimizations to 5, including skills like Light Weapons Operation that increase CPU? I highly doubt it. Because that's what Sentinels will have to do now, just to be viable.
First of all, the only thing scouts have to do is use an advanced cloak instead of proto to fit everything else proto.  So you're "balancing" sentinels based on the ****** cloak stats?
You can't say you're basing it off Assault anymore because you just buffed the hell out of its fitting.
None of the other dropsuits are forced to max out all their fitting optimizations to be viable. Yet, this PG/CPU nerf to sentinels is balanced? I call bullshit.
