This at least seems like the least effort to have vehicle racial parity and would help balance things in the future (legion).
Take a Blaster Turret decrease its RoF and dispersion build up, increase its range, and give its the laser damage profile..... you have a Pulse Laser.
Take the Railgun, decrease its range significantly, increase its RoF, mild alterations to Alpha, and no overheat you have 220mm Artillery.

I want to make a snarky pro-Amarrian comment.... but this who issue is too serious and raw....
Why doesn't CCP understand?
It physically hurts to see a game I invested so much of myself into half finished and pretty lacking, with their efforts being to pander to PC users who are 100x more critical of the games they play............

Any time in the last 12 months they could have taken that concept to game...... why didn't they..... and don't you even attempt to tell me it take 12 months to design an asset.....
