I don't know about that , if legion " was " scraped and they announced that they will continue work on improving Dust , placing it on the PS4 for example but finishing the touches on the PS3 , then most of the players who left would come back and the numbers might just go back up or even surpass the previous numbers but that's neither here nor there because it's not going to happen .
They announced legion at FF for a reason , their putting all of their eggs in one basket and I just don't see them turning back from that decision .
Would be nice though .
You would think that CCP would have given the infantry refund that should have been in 1.8.

Because if something is balanced in Dust it will likely be balanced in Legion, since it is mostly all the same core mechanics. So in the case of Amarr and Minmatar vehicles, would you rather introduce them in Dust and have them be broken promoting more bad word of mouth for the Dust 514 brand, or would you rather introduce them in Legion and have them be broken and promoting bad word of mouth for the Legion brand? You know that what you say makes too much sense , hence the reasons why you won't see it .
I really can't say won't for sure because they just might think like you do , if their smart .
At least the basic vehicles would make sense .
They might just review this at a later date but what you say , mirror the thoughts and opinions of many in the community .
Hopefully these things will be looked at after delta .
