The current situation in Congress is not capable of starting a civil war at all. Riots and protests are likely but partisan gridlock is NOT EVER going to be enough excuse to start a civil war over. I keep hearing people in real life telling me that something is going to happen such as a civil war but in reality they don't realize that this is just fear mongering on the part of politicians to distract us from the fact that they don't know how to lead and are afraid that we won't vote for them again if we find out how incompetent they really are.
They want us to think that it's either the Republicans or the Democrats that are capable of fixing this country but that is a deception mean to hide the reality that none of them have that motivation despite their capability to do so and it's really the Independents that have this motivation to begin with. Just look at history.
Republicans and Democrats would argue that we shouldn't split up the votes among more than two parties because they want to "unite the nation" as they proclaim. Now I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they have their best intentions to try to unify this country, but the reality is that they are only further dividing us with this "my team is better than your team" mentality which is why the primary cause of gridlock today is the result of both the Republicans and Democrats wanting to prove the others wrong and that their side is right. In the meantime, Independents are forced to watch on the sidelines because they don't have sufficient support to do anything while the ones that do have sufficient support (the R's and the D's) are busy doing nothing but beating their chests like gorillas.
Because of this, I'm non-partisan which means I can vote whichever person I want to lead this country without feeling obligated by partisanship to choose only from a select few of the large list of qualified candidates. If I was Republican, I would be pressured by my peers to vote for a Republican. If I was Democrat, a Libertarian, Green, etc., it would be the same thing. But with the non-partisan label, I'm free to choose whoever I like without any peer pressure at all from anyone while avoiding the stigmatizing labels such as "socialist", "fascist", "hawk", "hippie", etc. that come with being associated with either of the two major parties.

i hate posters who speak of politics then link videos that cut footages or messages, it's so out of context its brutally dishonest. Did you even look at the links? Of course you didn't because it was from RT America news source. This is the internet, news sources are everywhere on it, information is stored in it, you are soo cynical & judgmental...
I suggest you watch PBS News. It's the ONLY non-biased news station in the nation. Democrats and Republicans hate that station because it's unbiased and it's unbiased because it's publicly funded. It's not like CNN or FOX where they are privately funded.

My tinfoilhattery is better than your tinfoilhattery. Yeah well mine was made by ancient alien astronauts.
Eric Von Deniken doesn't think it's of other worldly origin.

It's funny because it's true.
But you know what else is funny? Mitt Romney once wanted PBS to be shut down. But somehow people took that as Mitt wanting to shutdown Sesame Street. Even Big Bird had beef with him on Twitter.
By the way, I may have to modify my previous statement about the public funding part. It is publicly funded but only to an extent. Private donations as well as funding from the Corporation of Public Broadcasting make up the rest of the funding. But it's still largely unbiased especially with its decentralized nature and doesn't normally deal with interrupting regularly scheduled programs. Again, it's nothing like Fox or CNN.

Working as intended lol, masks the real enemy nicely.
Looking at a series of talking faces squawking over each other like a bunch of cracked-up parrots is most amusing.

I dont not pay attention to any details because you can't tell if its hyped bollocks or not. The BBC is definitely one of the best in the world, the journalists are 9/10 times actually where the sht is going down, not in some studio that's bottom feeding information from other news stations for quick ratings.
I did watch the BBC as well, but stopped watching it after a while because all the flashy graphics and their studio reminds me too much of CNN.
