Hello.
Is so stupid, when someone (i to) use proto weapon in militia suit....
So, nobody use proto suit, because everybody use proto skils in adv and standard suit.
My idea is simply: proto fit/weapon only in proto suit, adv fit/weapon only in adv suit, etc...

Nope. SP was invested and should be allowed to fit what they want. if they're willing to rock an expensive weapon on a suit that doesn't have very many support modules to avoid losing a costly weapon, let them.

Or, perhaps, just maybe... it's because they don't have the SP for a proto suit yet? Or the Isk to run full proto?

Big fitting requirements do that in a more elegant way.
Plus leaving an option for gimmicky fittings.
People would enjoy Dust a lot more if they accepted the fact that EVERYTHING is subject to change

Tell me does being a protofag mean:
1) Protofag: from the roots prototype and ****** def. an arragement for a bundle of sticks that is untested.
