Title says it all. I know you guys are trying to create a game we all want to see so maybe you should go talk to Rattati. He is actually listening to us and taking our opinions and our concerns into account when working on a Hotfix for Dust.
I know it's what you guys want so you should seriously take notes from him, also if his boss is reading this give the man a raise. He deserves it.

I agree. Also, I like to see MC Peanut talk with us more on things related with the UI and HUD. The discussion we had with him was awesome. Very informative and gave an excellent video to give us an idea of the changes going on. Unfortunately that video got removed.

CCP Rattati is not doing new things, he tweak already existing one in way how public wants it. That whole 'hotfix' thing did not hotfix tons of bugs that we are dealing with everyday, just made minor changes in already existing content.
Of course he is great at what he is doing. I just would not underestimate other devs because of it.

This company always employs specialists. They care about players opinions. Thats why someone like Rattati was hired in first place .
My opinion differs from yours that I see team effort in all of this .
