I reject the premise of the Amarr assault being currently so far ahead of other assaults, and on par with a bunch of scouts and sentinels. Has the same slot count as other assaults of the same tier, slightly more base HP but at the cost of speed. The only thing I can think of that truly gives the Amarr assault an arguably unfair advantage is the PG/CPU.

It could be argued that Amarr and Minmatar assault are better because they're the only ones with useful bonuses or their weapons, but CCP Rattati has better bonuses on his to-do list.
