This just hurts speed tanked scouts more than anything else, which is the opposite of what needs to happen. Poorly thought out idea.

People saying that cloaks are hard to see need to really get good...if anything, they should become more invisible than they already are.

Yeah, that means he is packing max precision enhancers because he is a little girl. It is almost worse than redline snipers, and soon it will be Amarr scouts that are doing the same thing. Constant scans is a crutch, and the people that use cal scout are cripples right now. Just wait it is coming. The age of Amarr scout will be upon us soon.
thats 3 precision actually...base shield with max skills is 162.
