Because all i see is a bunch of scrubs running around with 400 armor and combat rifles. The cloak has made it too easy for people to call themselves scouts while the real ones take fire from it. 2 options in place i will give. Either remove the cloak or add a 25% speed penalty while in use. I would rather it just be completely removed though.
O and to all of the people that will come in and say they love my tears. Here is a warm cup of my *** now drink it and read my sig.

Yup all plages exept for ferroscale because they are for scouts. I also wouldnt mind them removing the reduction bonus. If you want to be invisible you should have go use profile damps.

Im going to make a prediction taht at least 2 people will come in and rage because they need the cloack as a substitute for skill. I remember when scouys didnt need cloaks to be good. I miss everything before 1.8.

A real scout is invisible, use cloak to limit CPU/PG, have only sidearm, and has EHP less than 400. If they have 600+EHP and 2 equip, they are wimps assault who take advantage of scout suit. TBH I use my cloak to get behind groups of people or cross open terrain where someone could just look in my direction and kill me. I find the cloak a very useful tool to compensate for my low EHP on a EWAR scout. I have a problem with the decloak time as I decloak well before engaging my enemy. If you don't do that the sprint bug kicks in. I say up the decloak time. i wouldn't mind at all
Yes i do use the cloak on my ewar scout too but this is geard toward scouts running around with 500 ehp and combat rifles.

Yes because i can just run another suit because i haven't spent all of my time on scouts. The only other things im specialized in are vehicles and they are ******. So tell me what you think is a good idea mister shitpost alt.

Yes but the city maps is where i can get bad sometimes. Its easier sometimes to see a sprinting cloaker against a black wall. The cloak works well in higher lit inside spaces.
