"Are you crying? There's no crying in baseball!" Dude seriously dont cry about it just get even. Plenty of different way you can kill the tanked out logi. Either forge gun, hmg, sniper or my personal favorite run his ass over with an LAV. Its really not that hard to kill a tanked out logi if you really want to. And remember the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. That means stop running whatever you were running and expecting to kill him.
I let my sniper rifle bullet to your face do all the talking :P

Yes you can you can use militia gear for any of those particular things i mentioned and still kill his ass.
