I've been hearing rumours on it, but i can't find a thread on it. |

Well the Minjas are getting a buff to Kin-Cats, sort-of maybe. CCP Rattati's post was edited at least once by CCP Logibro.
My impression is they'll do it if reasonably possible. It could radically change the usefulness of Minmatar Scouts. I run around in them now and then for the lulz but in no way would I want it to be a regular thing.

And with how shoddy their coding has been it could also break the game like it did before. Though admittedly they have made improvements since then so it might not.

Nope. Only changes are:
2 PG Buff
NK PG Reduction
Code Breakers PG Reduction/ Kin Cat PG Reduction (both of which are universal for all scouts)
NK gets AV Damage (Not really Min Scout changes, but since Minjas are best at NKs I'm including it in here)
NK Buffs:
DMG increase for Non Proto NK
Hit Radius Increase
(already mentioned PG Reduction and AV Damage)
"One does not simply" run like a Raptor. Only Mk.0 Scouts will do that.

I read somewhere one one of the dev posts that they settled on a 1PG increase to minjas, but that could have changed since then. It was a couple weeks ago.

WTF.....well i guess it's alright as long as Minjas get pg reductions to both Kincats and Codebreakers.
