I generally like Amarr stuff, and Amarr are among the 2 coolest looking races to me, but the Amarr scout is damn ugly. The neck area is awful, and the position of the "eye" lights ruin it. The "eye" lights specifically are too low (looks like they're on the cheeks), which would be ok if there were more lights above to visually balance it. Look at this image of the Amarr light 3D model, as you can see there is a defined eye-area that would look great if it had lights there, but instead CCP decided to put the lights on the cheeks, which looks stupid. If the lights were both on the eye and cheek area (for 4 "eye"s total), then it would look ok.
