Everything would be better with a skill point refund , at least for infantry when Charlie drops .

Sales would go up , people would be so into the game that they would actually play the game and stop looking for reasons to call for random nerf's and buff's and CCP could get the data they need for legion to make it better than Dust and not just a copy pasted on a computer platform .

That's neither here nor there though because people don't look at the big picture , I guess that's one of the faults of this game and the acting upon the concept even ... just doesn't seem to fail in the disappointment department .

But I do understand what the OP is saying , number 6 is a if because other developers cared about this game enough to give the community attention as well but their tenure at CCP is not current , they were dismissed or left or whatever happened .

Many of the so called vets leaving has been good for this game. PC is dying, and that is also good. Any game lives and dies on pubs. Pubs are healthy, prove me wrong.

Please don't lay into CCP Rattati like that. Whether one agrees or disagrees on his decisions at least he's addressing the communications issues this game has had since Closed Beta.

I guess that means that you don't purchase aurum either because boosters aren't the only thing that is purchased , CCP has sales like the one they do now where they sell packs , sometimes suits and gear at a certain percentage off and that doesn't stop people from buying , except where this one person said that they went to the sight and the sight said that the item was out ... yes they sell boosters but that's not all that they sell .

I speak about how if people are enjoying themselves they spend money .. now that's a known fact and it seems like people like yourself , whom it seems ... has a unallocated sp pool from the way that you speak , so I guess your voice wouldn't count anyway now would it ..??.. as you just testified , I'm speaking about those who are around 30 to 20 million range you know , when all of the changes started , if they along with those below them .. would start to enjoy themselves , these are the one's who write topics about how stale the game has become for them , you know .. the other people in the community besides the proto players who come to the forum and whine about everything or people like yourself it seems , who would love this game to stay in the same drawn out cycle of nerf's and buff's from complaints after patches drop and not waiting to see how the changes actually change the game but as soon as they see whatever type of advantage they had change , come to the forums and complain , in an attempt to try to change or they themselves move to the next FOTM from changes .. leaving those beneath them to wallow in this muck and mire of repeat and rinse , the same thing all over again while they jump from FOTM to the next because of that same unallocated sp pool that they have .

There not the one's spending money anyway so why would they care , as you put it . They have sp's so their not spending any money on boosters because of that . But these are the same people who are always against a refund but as you , yourself just put it ... they won't and don't spend money because they have a ton of unallocated sp's and they dictate the trend of the game threw their constant whining , while keeping a large group of the community beneath their boot and causing the game to be stale , drawn out and boring all the while .

People feel good about themselves they spend money , people feel good about a situation they spend money .. just because you've achieved what you wanted , doesn't mean that most have and players like yourself are the exception . People complaining about " lone wolf players " , while sitting on 60 million sp's are the minority but they dictate the trend of this game by statements like yours and such .

" I'm content , so why worry about anyone else , the people in my corp average 50 million sp's and we have fun ." , but you know what ..??.. your the minority , time to allow someone else to enjoy this game besides you . People feel good and they spend money , now test and debunk that theory but I was a business major , what do I know ?

Let you tell it means nothing , but in business ... your consumers feeling good about themselves and the situation that they are in and what a product can give them , means everything ... read any business weekly and they will tell you the same .

If you want to whine and cry about not having ISK, you are doing it wrong. There is a reason this game is dead. All you new folks can talk all you want about how alive it is, but it is dead. All the crying about proto is hilarious, because when you fools actually wake up, start making ISK, and start running proto, you will realize that the games balance is going in a giant circle, never progressing. Rofl, yeah, go to eve offline, go to the Dust514 graph (the red one). Notice how over the past six months the new born players graph peaks at just over 750. Now notice how the past year New born players graph just barely drops below 8000. Now notice how the blue graph is the Tranquility server, which is EVE and Dust, and is also wildly inaccurate.

Now keep quoting EVE offline numbers as if it is not a work of fan fiction.

The main reason why ccp won't give another respec is becuase there's something called FOTM and they want you to still buy aur for boosters. I think they would most likely give us a respec at the end of all hotfixes.
