So civilians are guilty? I assume you'd be perfectly fine with Iraqis bombing civilians in the US since the 2nd Gulf war was the work of a democratically elected government?

There have been four ceasefires organised so far IIRC and throughout every single one Hamas fired rockets at Israel so they ended early.
Nobody is going to intervene. The only thing that's really likely to happen is Israel is going to continue until they feel they're done (presumably when Hamas stops firing rockets).
It's not a ceasefire if only one side agrees to it.
