I feel like I should not weigh in on this but I will.

The point of the thread was to put holes in your common argument that you need all that DPS on the HMG to fight shotgun scouts. It's asinine that in order to take out a target with less health you need more DPS, range, better damage profile,and cheaper fitting. I await the heat changes on the HMG in hopes that they will balance this monstrously unbalanced weapon.

There was no QQ in the thread. It was a constructive banter where there wasn't QQ as much as argument versus argument. Points were made and accepted. In the end, you have done nothing but bitched that your heavy suit is going through changes. It's not even a nerf like was pointed out, heavies will now have an all-time high pinnacle of HP. While it will in particular cause some weaponry sacrifices in the form of sidearm + nades, I have rarely seen a time where a heavy has had a need for them. But that's good. It's good that heavies will start having to make sacrifices, like every other suit. I sympathize with caldari sentinels though.

I think its safe to say that 85% of my hatred of heavies stems from this one guy....Whenever I'm killed by an HMG, i always picture a huge fat ginger with a neck beard named ShamelessALT grinning a ridiculous and insane smile, his bloodshot eyes feasting upon the prize...

How can you hate that which YOU created...? I am but nature's balance to YOUR incessant torrent of complaints about the poor heavies. And the best part is soon you will be adding assaults to your nerf hit list once you scouts realize that they are viable again. And I will be there howling with laughter saying I TOLD YOU SO... and that day will be a turning point when the non wallhackers say NO MORE and rise full of just indignation and overthrow the cloaked defilers of this sacred game and you scouts will know the feeling of being truly hunted for the first time. AND WE SHALL WIN!!!

Scouts continue to blight these sacred forums with their presence... My only question is why? Why do we let these wallhacking invisible midgets continue to live... Trust me when HF Charlie hits and they realize that medium suits are viable again they will be screaming for nerfs on them as well as the poor heavies. My crusade is to get people to wake up and REALIZE that screaming for nerfs just because the meta shifts slightly out of your favor is WRONG. Alas though, I fear my job will never be done as scouts, even with the incoming CPU PG and HMG nerfs, still cry for MORE NERFS before even letting the current changes be felt. Thus I shall continue to remind them that they are not the only ones who can whine, moan and fling poo to get what they want. I am merely less subtle about it...

I'm mildly glad you asked...

1) I never claimed everything was "fine" my bile and hatred are directed solely at those who want the heavy to go BACK to flaylock status(currently certain high profile scouts)

2) I firmly believe that the number of militia and light weapon heavy users will drop especially since the heavy weapon fitting bonus is only for the sentinel and the lowered cpu pg will not allow both a proto light weapon and full proto modules. then again wait till the hotfix drops see where the first couple of weeks go.
