The accuracy bonus is multiplicative with sharpshooter skills and the kick reduction is multiplicative with operation, TBH, I quite enjoy it - particularly with a TAC AR which becomes fairly accurate and doesn't kick that bad. It's not as good as the amarr assaults skill, but it's not as terrible as people make it out to be. If assault suits themselves weren't so bad currently people wouldn't be pissing themselves in anger over a 'bad' bonus.

I know a lot of people want the commando's 2% damage bonus / level, but I don't think that should *ever* happen, assault bonuses should be about improving weapon performance, not frontloading damage.

Honestly, I have sharpshooter IV, and I cannot tell the difference between my Gal Assault holding the Duvolle and my Gal Scout holding the Duvolle.

Yeah the reticule looks slightly smaller, but it doesn't really do much in actual combat.

The reticule doesn't change (to my knowledge). Though it really should to accurately reflect the new 'accuracy' value.

I can honestly tell the difference, with Assault 4 and Sharpshooter 4, I can be running sideways and barely miss a shot from the hip, and the breach AR just does not miss. May not be the most useful bonus but....eh. Observe the public trust. Protect the innocent. Uphold the law.
