You can get something similar with the GalScout:
Duvolle AR
Toxin SMG
Enhanced Shield Extenders x2
Flux Grenade
KIN-012 Nanite Injector
K-2 Nanohive
Complex Armor Plates x4
Shields - 197
Armor - 756 (plus repair rate)
Speed - 4.44
Sprint - 6.4
(can drop the flux and use a basic needle in order to sub a complext shield extender for one of the enhanced as well)
The Amarr Scout seems to be a bit better though with the proto sidearm and higher HP (though I personally hate the lack of reps)

I'd also like to point out something else - you don't need this suit to rock. As a matter of fact, I outperform this proto stomping with an advanced scout using good tactics. Played 3 matches tonight:
32-3, 1990 wp
21-4, 1755 wp
27-6, 1560 wp
It's not not always about the gear.

EDIT: corrected some typos. yes the well known OP Breach shotgun and flaylock on a suit almost as slow as a heavy combo did not help me out here. im much scrub.
Not the point. Letting those who fall for your troll know they don't have to fall for the troll.
I'll never understand why people get so much fun out of trying to make others feel less than they are. I've fought depression, and won. Trolling on the internet is a waste of time, and to be honest says more about you than about them.
