@Ares, you wont be flipping it as Almur districts are not designated for that purpose, use the other systems outside of Almur if you want a zero-regulation fight, but Almur districts are for training purposes only.
You will send an attack based on agreed upon terms by both corporations, should you win you are not to flip the district and instead let it fill back up to attack another reinforcement cycle or train with another corporation.
If you violate these terms then you are subject to 0.H intervention. As mentioned before; we want to create a small, safe environment, where newer corporations have the ability to train their team without risk of expulsion. So if you take districts from corporations that 0.H has provided districts to train with then prepare to defend it from 0.H for we will look to return the land to its intended owner.
On the other hand, feel free to contact Rexero if you wish to obtain an Almur district for your own training purposes, same rules and regulations apply to all new and in-building corporations that participate in our efforts.

Either play by the rules or get off Almur. There are 5 other systems where you can conduct your business.
If you want to use a district for training purposes you contact us and we get you one, you don't take one from a corp we've given a district to.

But its a small corp vs. Small corp which is bigger and apparently has plenty of isk from what I hear.
Actually, good point, why should I be worrying myself with players that are trying to create content, my apologies; i shouldn't be intervening with stuff like this. In fact, good luck to Tankers united and Ice-9 project, If you are to lose it there is no reason why we can't hook you up with another to send an attack back against Ares. Which is actually exactly the point of having these districts in Almur, so more corps are able to create content.
So in that case, may the best team win.
I better not see a post about bringing ringers or **** like that, if you're not fielding all your guys for battles like this then you aren't using the districts as we intended them, keep that in mind when you set up your squads.
