Why the hell would anyone leave if CCP decided to give a SP refund , I mean .. how self centered and selfish could that person be , seeing as how there are many who would love for that to happen ( To spice up the game and create a feeling other than the stale feeling that's current ) and you could use FOTM as an excuse if you like but the same people who use FOTM will reinvest in it again and that's what continues to happen so a refund doesn't stop nor does it allow people to skill into FOTM because most of those players have extensive SP's to spend to begin with .
Sad to say though , that none of your list will happen because of people who feel entitled like the person who expressed leaving if we gain a SP refund .
Sad to say again that me myself , I can't wait until they shut the servers down because it's obvious that they just do not know what to do with this game , I mean ... NK damage to vehicles ..??.. WTF , all of these shifts and changes in direction ?
That's not a solid foundation and yes they have the story line but not the features to back the story , so that shows that they have no idea about what to do with anything past what is written in the lore .
I wish something could be done , much like yourself because I'm all for a strong and solid game with the community to back it up but most in the community are the poison that's destroying the game as is .
Rattati is doing a nice job but it's for legion and not truly for Dust .
There is not more Dust , that changed after the FF announcement so anything that they do from that time on is for legion .
I stopped being passionate about this game after FF and the fact that I knew that nothing that would be done , would be for the game moving forward but for legion's rise .
+1 for you positivity that's for sure .
Not too much of that going around this forum and that's for sure .
You would think that CCP would have given the infantry refund that should have been in 1.8.

Yeah .
I would go total racial and loose all my cross racial suits .
Full Caldari is what I would do because I'm tired of using Min Logi , Gal , Min and Amarr heavies and Gal and Min assaults .
I feel so dirty using other races because of the set up that I have with weapons and all , it suits me better but kills the playing experience .
Cal assault .
Cal heavy ( Have them now but they need to change their damage resistance bonuses to projectile and plasma / rail rifle . )
Cal logi ( Hate the bonuses but now I just don't care anymore but I'm not specking into it and using Min ... would defeat the purpose . )
Cal scout ( Already have and just don't use , so that would remain the same . )
Cal Commando ( It's my favorite suit except for not getting swarm bonus but I could live with it .)
There wouldn't be a scout and heavy 514 if the assault suits were more appealing .
So many think that Charlie will fix that but we will see .
