If you are trying to sneak around in the game, which is better for being evasive? Cardiac Regulators or Kinetic Catalyzers. I just got out of academy and I'm really worried on how difficult the game will be with my current setup, although to be honest, I think I'm already making the game hard enough on myself.

Standard scout; 1 precision enhancer,1 militia armour plate and 1 militia rep.
Equipmetn:Whatever you ca fit
Drop in a militia combat rifle or shottie and hawe fun
Chasing FOTM since crome..

Kin Cat fit perfectly with combat rifle, stamina botlle for Rail Rifle

For stealth, it is damps all the way.
Kincats are an SP sink so you might want to hold off leveling up that for awhile.
Cardiac Regs are best if you are making lots of long runs, or if you find yourself running out of stamina during fights trying to duck in and out of cover.
NKs are a bit of a waste on a Gal Scout, especially if you are new and don't have the ability to fit at least ADV if not Proto. I would suggest an SMG as they are versatile.
If being a knifing scout is what you want to be, skill into Minmatar scouts. They are harder, but that bonus to knifing makes it worth it for a someone dedicated to knifing.

You've got very little HP - I strongly recommend at least a militia plate.
Even an ion pistol or flaylock can kill in an instant with so little HP.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

If you're bent on using a kincat or cardiac... Try both. A kincat will help a very small amount with sprinting by a cardiac can let you sprint longer. It's a question of how adequate you feel the base stamina is on a scout. If it's enough then in most usage a cardiac won't make the slightest difference. On the other hand, a militia kincat has a very small effect, arguably negligible.
yea you dont start noticing speed bonuses until you can get %10.. i ran a speed fit in chrome the kin cats also boost your jump some.. cardiac is probably better until you can get +10% kincats. having all that extra stamina allows you to spam jump your way out of a bad situation beforestill having stam to run away compared to +5% extra to speed that you wont really notice. the kincats are good but not until you can get the good ones.
