This was based on balancing scouts and fixing the amar but it changed as I wrote and edited an realized all suits should be balanced on this type of method: Class bonus Race bonus High slot bonus Low slot bonus
So here goes
Not yelling, the caps are important points.
I see this precision bonus, is it keeping the stamina?
See every scout has a bonus to TWO MODS EXCEPT AMAR.
The amar scout has a bonus to a mod THAT DOES TWO THINGS, stamina and regen. There for why would amar lose this stamina if it gains more armor or the precision.
It should not lose its stamina bonus:
Gal: range mod bonus/ profile bonus and a 3 HP bonus that is a race bonus but basically a third bonus, no other races have these extra bonuses really, maybe more base HP on amar, shield regen on cal but nothing noticeable n minmatar.
Min scout: knife damage and hacking, not essentially too bonuses two mods but no suit can even fit a free 25% damage to knives, love that bonus and cant wait for a pg buff and a biotic bonus since that scout DEFINETLY NEEDS A BIOTIC BONUS AND REASONABLE FITS, IT IS NOT IN LINE WITH ANY SUIT IN THE GAME.
Cal scout: range/ precision ok so now your giving it range and profile dampening as a bonus TO A SUIT THAT ONLY HAS TWO LOW SLOTS? Talk about broken
The amar: percision and what? Percision bonus to a suit with only two highs
YET A GAL GETS A BONUS TO A FOUR LOWSLOT SUIT WHERE ALL BONUS MODS ARE LOW SLOTS.
My suggestion : GIVE ALL SUITS WITH TWO BONUSES A HIGH AND LOW SLOT BONUS
Hypothetically:
Cal: high slot: shield rechargers/ energizer Low: Range or damps
Min: High: nova damage Low slot: biotic mod reduction
Gal: High:precision Low: damps
Amar: High: precision Low: stamina
If every suit got a % bonus per level to a mod they need it makes them more effective and balanced by being able to choose to build suit to the strength of the bonuses or to strengthen the weaknesses.

Thanks for reading The Amarr is keeping the stamina bonus in addition to the new precision bonus. So all scouts will have two bonuses.

Gal IS getting a precision bonus on top of their dampening, I can't imagine anyone is actually ever going to run range mods on a Cal scout though LOL |

So the gal is gonna have precision and damp, amar precision and stamina, min will have knife , biotic and hack? And caldari range and damp?
