This upcoming Fix is nothing to worry about. Just sit back and see what happens. If you are a true heavy and not a FOTM chaser this should be no problem. You only need to worry if after Hotfix charlie if more nerfs are still being brought up on the forums, If so thats the time to get vocal (in a constructive way, not illiterate gutter speak)

Balance is an ongoing process, and things will always change, best to keep an open mind and roll with the punches. Hell, EVE Is over 11 years old now and they're still constantly getting balance fixes.

Your right SCOUTS have, FOTM scouts have not.
Same goes for HEAVIES (if you read my OP you will see that) FOTM heavies are complaining just like FOTM scouts. I detect a bit of bias.

I have seen a couple heavies recently acknowledge issues, especially with regards to CPU/PG per available slot, but much like reasonable tankers, they are few and far between.
Remeber that there weren't many heavies before 1.8 so those few posts speak for most of us true heavies
