The game is s***.
The controls are absolutely trash lol. No matter where you go on earth it is either broken s*** with flickering lights in tunnels or snow covered, multi-elevated rusty s*** on the surface.
Aliens have mohawks. Mohawks. Aliens also have slow moving plasma bullets that cant be dodged....but take 5 seconds to hit you.
Lol@bungie. They better hope people are just stupid for hype and grind otherwise this game might very well dry up like pyss in the summer sun.

Definitely sounds like you're not a fan of Bungie. From what I saw the game looks pretty good, not great on this gen but very nice on ps4 and XB1, and moves/plays similar to Halo. Halo is still to this day my favorite shooter to play even if they don't hit the nail on the head every iteration, so that's why I was curious as to what people thought. If it moves/feels like Halo I'm down to play it especially if it has content support even remotely close to what Halo 4 produced.
Also...who are we to limit what hairstyle an Alien may have? lol.

Bro, I liked halo but after borderlands 2 you have to do better than that. You really think ANYONE will play destiny if borderlands 3 comes out with multi player pvp?
Im not desperate for a new grind that bad where I would go from a game like borderlands 2 which had amazing maps, humor and weapons to destinys obvious mediocre art design. Destiny and halo could not be farther apart imo.

Um, downloaded it in 50 minutes, got to level 5, erased it.
I play ghosts and dust and if you think destiny is even close to cod in game mechanics (aiming) or in graphics you are blind. Lol dust looks better than destiny.

yeah that was a surprise, much like the skrieker, totally unexpected, me and free healing went exploring down there together, we managed to take out those 2 level 12 knights as well, we pretty much explored every nook and cranny we could get to in search of chests and ghosts. that was a fun 2 hours

For a bit of clarification, let me state I prefer the way halo moves and plays, which is not to say cod, or battlefields play is not as sound technically I just like the weight behind halo mechanics. Now I have not played destiny, I'm just doing data mining per se. You may prefer DUSTs art direction for its realism but graphically it isn't as polished as Destiny even on ps3. Most of what you state even as you say it with conviction, is merely your opinion so I won't sit and argue, there are always bound to be fanatics on both ends. I personally like bungies art direction so the game, the guns and character models look good to me.
Also, the traditional name for the headdress is "roach" the Mohawk tribe were not the only people to wear it. Why do punk rockers have any more right to it than fictional aliens or Mr.t? Lol.

your guy moves very similar to halo, the grenade throwing motion is almost identical to throwing nades in halo

I never really did like Borderlands...... art style was interesting and nice but the gameplay was pretty meh..... I think a lot of people will play Destiny simply because if the effort being put into it, the hype, the ratings form critics, and reputation of the developer.
I know I will be.....certainly won't replace EVE at all...but lets be honest. Dust is the sissys version of EVE and half baked half finished game. Legion has one opportunity to distinguish itself and frankly I lack the faith in CCP to produce Legion well with EVE in mind.

That CCP wont produce a ******* Amarrian HAV after 18 months of beta? Was it that they ruined the one aspect of gameplay that I liked, casualising their entire vehicle gameplay and ensuring that over 3 months the community would hate every tanker in the game?
Or was it that for 7 months as they developed Legion in secret without telling us they marketed us Omega boosters and gave is promises of false hope only to spend less than 15 mins talking about how Dust 514 was scrapped, not recieving any more development assets, and was effectively done for all intents and purposes in favour of a PC game using the same IP?

I think it could've been a combination of the above.
The Min and Amarr vehicles really don't make sense to me. Is it really that difficult to make new assets with alternate slot layouts and a new model?
Hell, slot layouts can be changed in a bleeding hotfix.

I find it being significantly better than most shooters PvE content. About on par with Borderlands sans the kookiness and massive elemental explosions.

That clusterfuck of vehicle balance that was 1.3-1.7 killed dust for me, too many bad experiences against AV and rails, everything i've heard since, from project legion, to hotfix brave (yay the infantry scrubs finally got their way, what a pisstake) to the simply staggering turnout for the CPM1 election has told me getting out when i did has saved me an awful lots of feels. and yet the shittiest thing of all is that i enjoyed this community so much i find it hard to leave it, i've spent two years getting to know people in game and on these forums and damn me if it isn't hard not to click that link when i want to talk about games. CCP gets everything right apart from making and talking about the damn game itself.
