Amarr players can finally stop pretending stacking armour plates is a real and legitimate racial fitting pattern.
PG and CPU costs of plates can be raised to make stacking plates less viable and resistance plating can take on a more important role.

If done right, I think that's what assaults should have like scouts the cloaks. Short, long cool down hardners for assaulting a point.
