How do you counter that?
CCP has even said that they would shut shared passive scanning down but can't because of the client side patch issue.
How? I don't know, lets say by being a squad and blobbing? I think that's a good start. I don't care what CCP says, they just catering to the whiny majority.
Do you even have field awareness brah?
Do you just sit in one spot brah?
Do you even know how to dance brah?
You're in a scout suit and you can't throw a sentinel off his aim?

You haven't given one reason why this is a good mechanic.
And you haven't given me one good reason why it should be removed, especially since you're now throwing in theory as if its fact.
When has anybody seen 5 sentinels and one scout in a squad?
Besides the point, why aren't you confronting what I'm suggesting? Why aren't you countering with your SVER corpmates in organized teamplay? You know the risks of playing solo. Why moan about it? Join a squad if you got a problem with no one watching your six but the enemy heavy.

Because it gives everybody in a squad a advantage that can't be countered except by a few suits and even then it leaves you weak and defenseless. Precision applies to a whole squad and damps only apply to one person.
You're still giving reasons for your argument without listening or acknowledging mines. Okay then. I disagree with your OP. You have pretty baseless statements to want the change.
