But **** me, I thought CCP was trying to "Nerf" heavies. Instead, it seems that we will be getting an even more powerful one out in the field. Gonna kick me some serious ***.

No respec needed....learn to use what you got....and save your sp until you get what you want......stop being a FoTM chaser
Or leave what I skill in to alone,I wented it because of the 1 high and 4 lows,then they change it with no respec
Why spec in to anything if there just going to change it!
