I agree, CR is easy mode ( No hipfire recoil or barely ) & RR makes it possible to sit in one spot and go 20+/0
If anything the CR need to be nerfed by 2 or 3 dmg and the RR needs to be nerfed by 5 to 8 dmg

Complex? I can see that a bit to a certain degree. But hey, RRs were just like a Viziam SCR. Both weapons dropped you fast. We dealt with the VSCR for so long without much as a whimper. I couldn't react fast to VSCR in my Cal suit, so when the tables turn and I get a RR that kicks ass, oh its OP.

Interesting. That doesn't make sense. If they were, then you're acknowledging that they are no longer OP but say they are OP in a matter of four words.
The RR isn't OP. The damage has been reduced. Some people just like to have their weapons pro to lvl 5 with damage mods. But the truth of the matter is, they are not OP. Your playstyle facing a RR is UP. You have plenty of time to get away from RR, especially now after the nerf. The RR of old could take you out in about the same time a Viziam could melt a Caldari running across the field.
To even consider neutering RR even more is just entirely selfish and would serve the weapon no purpose as to what it is built for and how to be used on the battlefield.
If you're saying the RR is OP, then no offense, but you just suck at playing Dust. That's just the truth.

CR's are OP, RR's are OP, AR's are in a good spot IMO, SCR's are a bit OP, but the Assault SCR's are very underpowered.

I can't be the only one to think this. i think its more a way to buff assaults and logis compared to scouts because a scout needs all the slots for ewar and HP mods but a assault can sacrifice a slot or two for damage mods and still have good HP.

+1. Most of my RR kills are heavies, who think they are invincible, running across an open field without a logi, and try to engage me at my weapon's optimal range. Your in my world now, find cover or get back to your hallway.

The guns have parity.. Assault rifle variants could get buffed some... the breach and tactical need very very slight love.
But otherwise guns are good.
What you have a problem with and are COMPLETELY blind too because you're just focused on "Me me me me". Stop, Take a step back and look. You only have issue with guns that have bonuses to armor damage, so is the issue the guns?
Or the lack of parity with shield and armor tanks?
If everyone was running Caldari Logistics, Assaults etc..... people would be running SCR's and AR's.. Like they where before..

Maybe, but those 2 weapons are balanced with low range(the AR) and a overheat mechanic(the ScR) not to mention that you will never have to shot through more then 500-700 shields and that only comes on sentinels and suits that run all extenders(leaving themselves no room for dmg mods)
Every PC scout has a six kin or bonusless CR on their suits. It eats through everything.
But no, let's get back to low TTK and pretend we didn't have a big balance to try and combat that awhile ago. Dmg mods have the potential to break most weapons and suits(remember slayer Logis?)
I'd rather they get a lower fitting cost instead of higher dmg.

The hell they aren't.
The rail rifle for one, being able to kill at one of the longest ranges, shouldn't drop you as quick as it does. It, along with the combat rifle, is one of the MOST used weapons that I see or am killed by.
On the other hand, the combat rifle seems like insta death within range. I'm talking a standard combat rifle here. If anything these 2 items need to take a hit damage to compensate for damage mods.
You know there is a problem when the dominate weapons on the field are the rail and combat rifles.
