You would think that CCP would have given the infantry refund that should have been in 1.8.

Pretty sure I saw Cyrius Li Moody in his Minnie Scout charge knife a heavy, and then added 3 more slashes before it went down. So no, it definitely can't 1 shot all heavies. We are the weakest scout as we can 2 shot any sentinel with our knives.. Personally I love the challenge of knifing heavys.. but don't expect it to be easy.. it's not... unless they happen to be really really really stupid and in that case it's just EZ kills Derp

Plenty would still play scouts, as long as we got our innate dampening back that we lost when cloaks were added.
