Decided to give the Cal Logi a shot, personally, and see how it actually plays out currently.
That being said, was just in a domination match where I had Wiyrkomi Triage Hives and Ishukone Flux Nanohives stacked on top of one another in strategic locations - I noticed something peculiar when a Heavy who was near death was sitting at one of my Triage hives. More specifically, he was being repaired by it by I wasn't receiving any Triage WP. Figuring this was a fluke, I went about my business.
Later on, noticed a similar problem in which a player was using a Swarm Launcher and firing missiles but I wasn't receiving any Team Resupply WP...
So, I figured I had just hit the soft-cap for WP and was simply performing very very well. At least, until I saw the end of the match statistics.

Here's my fit.
Anyone have some more information as to what was going on here? Also, I'm taking note of the fact that healing given through Rep Hives is -not- displayed on the battle report and assuming that that is a bug.
EDIT: Going to record future games, now that I'm aware that I should be looking for something.

Those are the only two suits I can think of that affect that suit. Also, because Cal Logi is the king of fits.

So, if you should know, Grid F-8 on East/West sides of the bridge... And you'll do well to remember that Domination does -not- have supply depots in that area and you cannot spawn on the point.
