Gal logistics: 5% increased cooldown of active scanners per level
Cal logistics: 5% increased range per level
Amarr logistics: +1 Additonal uplink carried per level (per equipment slot,5+3=8 uplinks)
Minmatar logistics: an additional 5% increased range per level (walking speed accomidation) -or- an additional 5% increased repair rate per level (defenseless logistics accomidation)

Personally I think all of those are terrible logi bonuses barring the Minmatar which should be generalist bonuses across all Logistics suits.
All Suits really should have a
2-5% increase to Repair Tool Ranges and Repair Tool Armour and (in future) Shield transportation rates.
Beyond that the idea that core equipment items are actually not focuses upon by a racial group in its design philosophy is ridiculous.
All Logi Ships in EVE receive bonuses to Logistics roles and define the role. This should be the same in Dust.

Personally I feel Rattatai needs to take the old bonuses back behind the shed with the assault bonuses and come back with something else. It's a lot easier to wreck equipment these days anyways with pretty much any shot destroying them so you might as well just restore equipment to its old efficiencies and return the bonuses that logi suits obtained. Just make sure Logis have slightly less high and/or low slots then assaults and no sidearm, everything will be hunky dory. Well that and scouts need to be toned down on their fitting slots as well as that is why they make better assaults then assaults.
If you give Logis a type two suit with a sidearm like has been proposed you run the risk of making assault suits still irrelevant. Because to balance that you would have to make assaults even more powerful which in turn will effect heavies and scouts it's all just a never ending mess.
Although Rattatai apparently drank the Amarr cool-aid like the others.
First when the ****** assault bonuses came out Amarr whine to no end to keep their good bonus while the other assaults got their's thrown in the garbage.
Now, Rattatai proposed removing the Amarr sidearm and adding an equipment slot moving them back in line with the other logis and again Amarr whined until they got to keep their bs specialty. |

I dunno, I just don't see how or why a sidearm contributes to the Logistics' role and I think adding it to the Caldari Logi is going to be a huge mistake. Personally, I remain adamant in my belief that Logistics need a proper pass and have their bonuses re-evaluated to centralize on their role...
Alas, I have said in the past that I'm willing to try anything once. So, let's go with it (since it has so much support) and see what happens...

So the only meaningful and reasonable Aassault bonus was one we wanted to keep so we campaigned for it?
Don't pin this on us. If you wanted more meaningful bonuses to weapon mechanics and functions you should have suggested them.
Amarr Assault bonus has always been an example of what the others should have been.

Min assault was supposed to also have a RoF bonus(which was supposed to be the Role bonus) and a clip bonus to explosives.
You amarrs complained that the RoF bonus didn't affect 1(one) weapon and thus had it removed.
And then, shortly after, people IMMEDIATELY switched to the Flaylock even potentially having a 8 shot clip, and had it removed completely.
So the Minmatar WAS going to be a truly wonderful Assault, but Amarrian heathens ruined that for us.

Indeed a Bonus needs to specifically to apply to the racial groups intended weapon type.
To be fair though 1200 RPM snot like you need one anyway.... but thats not up to me.
