Also, given general voting rates (in real elections) at below 50%, I'd say 937 votes is fairly representative of the dust community at this time.

My voting lists included Pokey Dravon, and Appia Vibbia, but I am sure they will continue to make valuable contributions to the game and I hope they run for CPM2. (They were not far behind the winners in the vote count.)
All of the winners were on my list of qualified candidates, so I am very satisfied with the results. All of the members of CPM1 are qualified and they each bring something of value to the table. It also includes enough variety to represent all aspects of the game from NPE to PC and everything in between.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

How do we even know if the votes were even counted, after the way we were treated at the Rougewedding I know I have no reason to trust you. In fact Id'e like to give 0 Aurum to CCP for allowing more than one CPM per Alliance. I guess now we'll be giving Officer rewards for holding a district in PC, why, because it helps G. Tso stomp what newbies we have left. Anyway let's see how many of the new CPM dares to like my post. They may in all fairness be a great group... or they could be a handpicked bunch of CCP suck ups, WE WILL SEE, but either way we have no reason to ever believe or trust anything from CCP and never will because we should never forget, never! The way the loyal fans of this game were treated. And new CPM don't you guys forget either. And by the way I'm still playing your game and will remember the good times but you have to earn back my trust. For now I protest with every clone life I take knowing that my enjoyment you can't take away from me CCP games. And I would like to apologize in advance for using G. Tso's as an example of a large corp that might try and abuse the CPM system it's just an example and intended as such.

They are on open beta right now so no keys needed and i think they are keeping it open for a while longer.
Its very hard to explain what went right in a short post but its a case study of getting it right you have to play it to fully understand.
But for example the level design of the first mission was done so well that "pros" have a clear route they can glide down and feek epic and "newbs" had a intense cover to cover route that also made them feel epic. This patten is also clear in the level desgin of pvp maps :-)j
Secondly Destiny is smooth as a baby bottom and always progress thete is no frustrating having to start over moments
Keeping its impact of **** yeh moments.
Eg killing a devil walker the first time :-).
I think i can some it up as.
Destiny is a good example of fun and challengeing gameplay without PUNSHING the player for not being hot ****. This is achieved by only letting awsome players get the awsome show off gear.

Zatara - Could be a kain 2.0 but frankly has more PC experience than the entire candidates list put together 5 times over and at least 10 time if not more when compared with the new CPM, hell even i have more experience than the CPM if you leave zatara out of it and again a useful CPM
But CPM1 will not achieve anything noteworthy, turned out it was a popularity contest at best so majority of voters are idiots and i hope it can never be worse than CPM0 with the the rouge wedding but with IWS back on board always time for another rouge wedding 2.0 and with 937ppl and less voting which is easily less than 10% of the active playerbase it shows that the vast majority dont care/dont want to vote because nothing happens/think CPM is useless and should be scrapped, yet it still exists |
