Why the ACR? It's a terrible weapon it has the second lowest DPS and Second Shortest Range of all the Assaults.
It has just 6m range over the ABR.
Futher more it has terrible max capacity and without the Assault Minmatar's bonus, it lacks the oomph to kill all but the softest targets with 1 mag.
They call me the Monkey - I like to jump off sh** and piss RE's all over your tank!

You probably have it confused with an actual combat rifle, being fired at full auto.

Regular CR is a burst varient and only scrubs with a moded controller can get full auto from it
It quite possible without a Modded Controller.
This is the point, the whole reason the CR is unbalanced.
You can get 6 perfect bursts a second, 6 is close to the average clicking speed of a human, meaning it is entirely achievable without a modded controller. I have met corps who train their members SPECIFICALLY to hit the perfect cadence.
Doing so allows the CR to achieve 500DPS the 3rd highest of all rifles in the game, consistently.
It needs to be brought down so that the highest achievable Burst rate is 4 per second.
